Is parking available?

Parking is not included at the apartments. However, there is private parking available very close to the property that guests can use.

Check-in starts from 3:30 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. These times must be respected to ensure proper cleaning standards.

The city center apartments are located right in the heart of Valencia’s Old Town and are not recommended for light sleepers, as some noise can be expected at times. The beach apartments, however, are located in a quieter area and generally do not have noise issues.

The apartments can be booked for stays of up to 10 nights. Longer stays are not accepted.

All guests are required to complete the mandatory ID registration before arrival, in accordance with local regulations.

House rules

Check-In Registration:

  1. Every guest will have to register their ID/ Passport prior to their arrival. A link will be sent before your arrival. You will have to follow the steps and at the end scan your ID/Passport. It is a legal obligation under the Ministry of Interior of Spain. If you refuse to follow this process, unfortunately you cannot stay in our accommodation.
  2. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Please do not bring unregistered guests to the property.

Non-Smoking Property:

  1. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or any indoor areas.

No Parties or Events:

  1. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Please respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood.
  2. Any disturbance to neighbors may result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Damage to Property:

  1. Please treat the property with care and respect. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
  2. If any issues arise, please notify the host immediately to avoid further damage.

No Risky Tools or Hazardous Materials:

  1. For your safety, do not bring or use any potentially hazardous tools, equipment, or materials on the property (e.g., fireworks, dangerous chemicals, etc.).
  2. Any dangerous activities are strictly prohibited.

Self-Check-In:

  1. This property operates on a self-check-in process. Please refer to the instructions provided prior to your arrival for key-less entry or lock-box access.
  2. If you have any issues with check-in, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Noise Policy:

  1. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM till 8 AM, to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
  2. Music, television, and other activities should not disturb the peace of the neighborhood.

No Pets:

  1. Though we love animals, pets are not allowed.

Garbage Disposal:

  1. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins and follow any recycling instructions provided.
  2. You have to wash your used kitchen utensils.

Health and Safety:

  1. Please report any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing or electrical issues) immediately to the host.
  2. Ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when you leave the property and, on your check, out.

Check-Out Procedure:

  1. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. The cleaning company have a schedule to assist and will start work at the showed time. If you are not ready at 11.00 am extra fees might be charged.
  2. Please ensure the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
  3. Remove all personal belongings, take out the trash, and leave used towels in the bathroom.
  4. Please lock all doors and windows before leaving.

Personal Property:

  1. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The host is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please double-check before check-out.
  2. If any items are left behind, you may contact us to arrange return, but shipping costs may apply.

Behavior Expectations:

  1. All guests must act respectfully toward other visitors and the host. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the property without refund.

Parking space:

The property does not include a parking spot. Please refer to our recommendations on where to park in the area!
